1, Silk-Screen
Silk-screen is the common method – Ink is applied to the product by contact with a screen plate. Usually, we choose silk screen when colors are under 4. The most colors we’ve ever done is 8. Example product TL675 – Wooden clock. They are red, orange, yellow, green, light blue, blue, white, and black.
The mold fee is not too high, you can ask your supplier for free if the colors are not too many. And the cost is competitive.

2, Pad Printing
Similar silkscreen – Ink is applied to the product by contact with a silicone head, we can only print one color each time. However, pad printing can use for bend surfaces. The area cannot be too large, it will not print well. Example product TK735 – Ball Drop Tower, all balls are pad printing.
Also, The mold fee is not too high, you can ask your supplier for free if the colors are not too many.

3, Heat Transfer
Comparing silkscreen, heat transfer is better than silk screen. The effect, number of colors, more big area, and applicability,
However, the mold fee is expensive. Usually, suppliers ask clients to pay for it, costing approx $400 – $1000. The larger the area, the more expensive the mold cost. For example, in product TK135 – Ice Cream Set, all cups are printed via heat transfer.

4, UV printing
UV printing is a lower version of screen printing and is not as effective as screen printing. But the color can be more. Often used for prototypes and small quantities of goods. And the cost is more higher than silk screen.

5, Hand printing
The reason for choosing hand painting is always because there’s no choice anymore. Below is a video to help introduce it. Of course, the cost is high.

6, Water Transfer Printing
We chose water transfers mainly because the surface is not on a cylindrical or conical subject. It can make up for the shortcomings of heat transfer printing. However, the effect of heat transfer is the best. Example product TY335 – Nesting toy.
